Our wines are all handcrafted in small productions. We started out in 2007 with a delicious Napa Valley ‘06 Sauvignon Blanc and three luscious, layered reds. The first small bottling of 95 cases of ‘05 Petite Syrah is now sold out! We have a small amount of our ‘05 Cabernet Sauvignon, and Bee Bee's Blend available. Envy Wines is also the home of Vine Haven which is Nils’ own label, as well as vineyard-designated Carter Cellars wines. Carter Cellars was the first collaboration that started in 1998 between Carter and Venge. Nils has had a fabulous career in the wine industry, creating classic, award-winning wines for three decades. In fact Robert Parker, Jr. gave Nil's Groth Vineyards and Winery 1985 Reserve Cabernet a perfect score of '100' establishing Nils as a fantastic and talented winemaker early in his career. He continues the tradition for Carter Cellars, as Wine Spectator Magazine has recently recognized this wine as one of the top 10 best up coming Cabernets in California and top wines to buy as well.

Not your typical SB. Voluptuous, full–bodied yet so easy drinking, this hot summer wine taunts with a nose full of pear, peach and star fruit. The bold palate is drenched in pineapple, rich tropical fruit and honeysuckle. We call it white wine for red drinkers. Awesome with fried chicken. Fantastic kick off to 2008! This beauty is really up to the task of following our '07 debut. Again, lush tropical fruit layered on top of crisp green apple and mounds of mouthwatering honeysuckle on a creamy finish. Rich and complex with no end in sight. – 1000 cases our largest bottling to date! order wine

50% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petite Sirah. Featuring aromas of dark chocolate, hazelnut, liquorice and briar fruit. Delicious and approachable. Retail: $70 Super Limited production – 92 cases order wine

Full bodied Cabernet with aromas of black cherry, plum, blackberry, anise and cocoa. Enjoy this Cabernet now through the next 10 years. Retail: $55. Limited production – 220 cases order wine

Lots of fruit aromas; blueberry, blackberry and black cherry with cola underneath. Explodes with fruit on the palate and finishes with soft tannins, black pepper, dark chocolate. Retail: $45 Super Limited production – 95 cases order wine scored 91 points read review
