Beautiful balance of flavors, drier than the 2020 vintage
|
Opaquely concentrated, with intoxicating aromas of elderberry, blackberry, and dark plum. Notes of pepper, vanilla, and freshly roasted coffee add to complexity of the wine. Intense black fruits dominate the finish and marry beautifully with a surprise brightness and mouth-coating tannin. We recommend aerating this wine at least an hour before drinking.
